Yes. Searching, comparing, sending booking requests and posting RFPs are all free for buyers. There is no obligation when you send an enquiry.

Each provider carries an expert-vetted score out of 10 reflecting an independent assessment of quality of delivery, subject expertise, professionalism, responsiveness and value — seeded from a UAE financial-sector academy vendor assessment. Where available, we also show the provider’s real public rating from Google or Trustpilot alongside it.

Review excerpts are quoted from public sources — Google, Trustpilot and providers’ own testimonial pages — and are labelled by source. Registered members can also post their own reviews, which appear as "Verified member" reviews.

When you send a booking request it goes to that one provider only — never blasted to a dozen competitors like legacy directories. The provider typically responds within one business day.

A Request for Proposals lets you describe a larger training or consulting need once. Kafuly routes it to matched, vetted providers who respond with tailored proposals — ideal for corporate programmes above roughly AED 50,000.

Providers apply through the “List your business” page. Our team verifies accreditations (KHDA, ACTVET, PMI, ACCA and others) and publishes the profile, typically within two business days. Listing is free during launch.

Yes. Delivery language is a filterable attribute, and Arabic-language delivery of programmes like CIPD and PMP is highlighted on provider profiles.
