How our scores work

Kafuly is built trust-first. Here’s exactly what each signal on a provider profile means.

Expert-vetted score (/10)

The primary score is an independent assessment of a provider across quality of delivery, subject-matter expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, commercial terms and client management. Our seed data draws on a UAE financial-sector academy’s vendor assessment of ~60 providers, extended with structured research. It is a curated quality signal — not a crowd average — and is labelled as such.

Public ratings & reviews

Where a provider has a public presence, we show their real Google or Trustpilot rating (out of 5) alongside the expert score, and quote real review excerpts labelled by source. Registered members can also post reviews, shown as “Verified member”. We never fabricate reviews; providers with no public reviews simply show the expert score.

Verification & accreditation

A verified badge indicates we’ve confirmed the provider’s core details. Accreditations (KHDA, ACTVET, PMI, ACCA, CIPD, CISI, ISO, NEBOSH and others) are listed on each profile and are filterable in search. Accreditation is regulated per-emirate in the UAE — see our KHDA vs ACTVET guide.

Ranking & sorting

The default “Recommended” sort blends featured/verified status and score. You can always re-sort by expert score, Google rating, review count or name. Any paid placement will be clearly labelled — we never sell ranking without disclosure.
