Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of kafuly.com (the “Platform”), operated by Kafuly Ltd, a company registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) (registered office: Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates). By using the Platform you agree to these terms.

1. What we are

Kafuly is a marketplace and directory that helps buyers discover, compare and contact training providers and professional-services firms. We are an intermediary: we are not a party to any engagement, contract, or transaction agreed between a buyer and a provider.

2. Listings & trust signals

Provider listings combine information supplied by providers, publicly available sources, and — for a subset of providers — an independent expert assessment shown as an “Expert-vetted” score. Where a provider has not been independently assessed, we show only its verification status and any genuine public rating; we do not present estimated or synthetic scores as assessments. Ratings from Google/Trustpilot are attributed to their source. We take reasonable care but do not warrant the accuracy of third-party information; verify credentials directly before contracting.

3. Bookings, quotes & RFPs

Enquiries, quote requests and RFPs are routed to the provider(s) you select. Pricing, delivery, cancellation and payment terms are agreed directly between you and the provider. Any prices shown are indicative and exclusive of VAT unless stated; the provider issues the binding quote and tax invoice.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you submit. Provider accounts may only manage a listing once verified and linked by our team. You must not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, scrape the Platform, or abuse enquiry/review features.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate these terms. Providers may respond to reviews publicly.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kafuly is not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of providers, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The ADGM Courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under UAE federal law.
