Plan questions, answered
How is Pro activated?+
Paid plans are activated after a short onboarding call - there is no online payment yet. We walk through your profile, verify your details and switch the plan on together, usually within a couple of business days.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Plans are month to month during launch - tell us and we downgrade you to Free at the end of the billing period. Your profile, reviews and history stay intact.
What counts as a lead?+
A booking request, a WhatsApp enquiry started from your profile, or an RFP you choose to respond to. We never charge per lead - plan pricing is flat.
Do you take commission?+
Not during launch. Bookings and quotes are agreed directly between you and the buyer; Kafuly charges the flat plan fee only.
