I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the Academy so far. Everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the application process, making the overall experience very smooth. Paying AED 10,000, clearing all assessments in one attempt, and performing well in the interview only to be rejected without proper feedback raises serious concerns about transparency in the MPL selection process. The eligibility criteria are presented as broad and accessible, yet final selections seem to consistently favor aviation focused academic backgrounds. If that is the true deciding factor, it should be clearly stated upfront to avoid unnecessary financial and emotional investment from other candidates. When candidates are encouraged to apply and invest heavily, they deserve clarity and honest communication. Many share similar concerns privately, despite the overwhelmingly positive public reviews which are literally forced to be put by candidates to hide everything This is just a mere business model.
