Was able to booked 2 exam days with Amideast. The facility is clean from the front desk to the wash room, spacious, well equipped and packed with CCTV cameras. Computer and headsets were tested prior the exams as deemed appropriate on which type of exam you’ll be taking. Enough resources such as several pencils and erasers were provided, so you dont need to worry about losing your time just resharpening your pencil. Mary Ann and Fatima were both accommodating, nice and helpful. They provide information on the security protocols prior the exam and give you ample time to prepare. They give clear instructions from registration to exam completion. Giving 4⭐️ because of the noise from the construction being done around the facility. This could have been coordinated with the construction team, so they can do it passed exam hours. It interrupt my thoughts while having the exam. Second, they could have proactively inform the test takers whenever a result comes in, so it wont be a guessing game if the result is available in the facility or not. Lastly, sending of the result from Amideast to the receiving institution is quite steep, some testing facilities includes the courier fee in the testing fee.
