It was a disaster when emirates insurance company referred me to AON brokers. One broker Abdulshakoor, totally ignored my messages, never responsive. The other Ayshani, very rude and aggressive communicator. Guys, pay them enough, they are taking it out on customers, what is this?
Very hard to reach, unresponsive agents, had to wait for over 4 days for reply over email, calls are not answered, WhatsApp too while I really just need to purchase a motor insurance
