Having enrolled in the IATA Cabin Crew Course with Blue Ocean Academy, I can honestly say it’s been such a valuable and rewarding experience. From the registration process to the training itself, the support and customer service have been excellent. A special mention to Ms. Shaniya and the rest of the staff for being so welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout. As a student, I truly felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. The training sessions have been interactive, engaging, and insightful, giving me a much deeper understanding of the aviation and cabin crew industry. Overall, the CIPP course delivered by Blue Ocean was a positive experience. The course schedule was well organized, and the training materials were relevant and useful. However, one area that could be improved is the availability of recorded sessions. Providing access to lecture recordings would greatly support participants during revision and reinforce learning after the course. This would be a valuable enhancement for future programs.
