Unprofessional, unresponsive, disorganized. This establishment does not deserve to be associated to Dale Carnegie, they're a disgrace to the name. They definitely should not be teaching soft or business skills - "communication", "organization", "sales" - whatever happened to the basic Dale Carnegie principles? The ownership of this branch needs the training.
