I recently completed my NEBOSH IGC training at Duke Training Institute in Abu Dhabi, and I can confidently say it was a truly life changing experience. From the very beginning, the environment was welcoming, professional, and focused on helping students grow. A very special thanks to my trainer, Mr. Gaston, who guided me through the online sessions with great knowledge, patience, and dedication. He made every topic easy to understand and ensured we were fully prepared and confident. His support really made a big difference in my learning journey. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Mohan at the reception. He was always helpful, kind, and ready to assist whenever I needed support. His positive attitude and professionalism made everything smooth from start to finish. What I appreciated most about Duke Training Institute is their commitment to students. I had a very positive experience taking my NEBOSH class at this institute. The overall learning environment was professional, well-organized, and very supportive, which made it easier to focus and understand the course material. I would especially like to commend the manager, who was extremely accommodating and approachable. From the beginning until the end of the course, they were always willing to assist with any concerns and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The trainer was also excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and very effective in explaining even the more complex topics in a clear and practical way. They made sure that all students were able to follow along and encouraged participation, which really helped build confidence in the subject. Overall, I highly recommend this institute to anyone planning to take their NEBOSH certification. It’s a great place to learn, with supportive staff and high-quality training.

I had a great experience at Duke IELTS Institute! From booking the course to finishing the 10 sessions of Basic Arabic Language course. Admin staff are great. My coach/trainer, Sir Shaheer is very good and accomodating. Did not have any problem with the class schedules, he is too flexible with the timing. He is great in teaching, he accomodates every questions being asked and he explains it in the easiest way as possible.
