I recently completed a PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) class, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The course was very well organized, and the information was delivered in a way that was clear, straightforward, and easy to absorb. The sessions were the perfect length—focused and engaging without feeling too long or overwhelming. A huge thank you to our instructor, who did an absolutely amazing job. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire course. She explained everything so clearly and made sure we all felt comfortable and confident, especially during the practical parts. Her teaching style really helped build our confidence and made a big difference in how much we took away from the class. Overall, this was a very useful and valuable course, and I feel much more confident in my skills after completing it. I’m very grateful for the experience and especially thankful to our instructor for her dedication and support!

I had a very positive experience during the BLS training. The instructors caroline and jenifer were excellent, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the course. Although I was not feeling well during the training, Jennifer was especially caring and attentive. She regularly checked on me and asked if I was okay, which made me feel comfortable and supported. The training was well organized, engaging, and easy to follow. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by the instructors, especially Jennifer.
