Caution for New Joiners – Salary Not Paid I worked with Gligx in May 2025 as a UI/UX Designer and Web Developer. As per the offer letter, my salary was due on June 5th. Despite completing my assigned work and following up multiple times, the payment was continuously delayed with different explanations. I continued working for more than 10 days after the agreed salary date, expecting the issue to be resolved professionally. However, even as of December 2025, more than six months have passed and my salary has still not been paid. Over time, my messages and emails regarding salary payment stopped receiving any response. I also raised this issue with the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), who informed me that my employment was not registered with them, as I was working remotely from India. As a result, there was no official employment record under my passport details. Even after this, the company has not taken any steps to resolve or settle the pending payment. I am currently exploring other legal avenues to pursue a resolution for this unpaid salary.

Formal Complaint – Breach of Trust and Non-Refund of Payment This review serves as a formal statement regarding our highly unsatisfactory experience with this company. We engaged their services for website hosting, development, and digital marketing, for which a payment of AED 3,000 was made. Despite multiple assurances, the agreed deliverables were never completed or delivered. It has now been over two years, and despite numerous written and verbal follow-ups, the company has failed to issue a refund or provide any legitimate justification for the non-performance of their contractual obligations. This conduct constitutes a clear breach of trust and professional ethics, reflecting poorly on their reliability and business integrity. Potential clients and partners are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this entity.
