I would like to sincerely thank the team of Goethe institute, some of whom I’ve known for many years back when I started with A1, for their great help and support. I recently faced an issue with my application to Germany and they were most helpful with coordination and with exam bookings. Without their much appreciated cooperation and care, I wouldn’t have been able to move on with my application on time.
The course was excellent, preparing me for A1 (onsite) within just two months, and I successfully passed the exam with good grades. I am now enrolled in A2, but online. My teacher Nadja is very dedicated and skilled, making the learning process enjoyable. However, the Kursbüro department in Dubai is quite slow in addressing the needs of onsite students. The exception is Shiraz at reception, who promptly responds to every query and does his best to assist everyone . I felt that the institute operates more like an exam center, focusing heavily on its revenue-generating aspects i.e. Scheduled A1 A2.. etc. exams. They should work on a community building aspects actively like casual face to face group learning on weekly basis for an hour or two in any Cafe etc. (and you can charge for that, who won't pay?) rather than online Stammtisch or something and make their students aware about it. (if its happening their, I did not know and trust me I am wayy active.) As an award-winning marketing professional, I believe Goethe Dubai could improve its marketing efforts. Also IMHO, Goethe Dubai charges a significant amount from on-site students (and its slightly justified, however..) providing some souvenirs like pens or notebooks as a departing gift would be a nice touch. Another example me and my husband were doing A1 together, they could approach us after A1 to offer some discount to enroll in a2 together but they did not upsell like that? Even I asked them indirectly that don't you t
pramod This is the worst person who can talk to you that he is the employee of the mall center who completely lacks the English language and cannot speak in a good way and I think that he also cannot explain details in a polite way The worst communication that happened to me was when I talked to him and his way was very bad
