An Incredible Experience at ICCA Dubai! I came from Sri Lanka to study at ICCA Dubai, and I’m so glad I made that decision. I first found out about the institute online, and from the very beginning, Ms. Devika Girijan was a huge support. She guided me through every step of the process with such kindness and professionalism..truly unbelievable how helpful she was. Devika wasn’t just helpful.. she’s a total powerhouse of support. From day one, she made me feel confident... Even before i started the course.ICCA is lucky to have someone like her! MJ's support when needed was exemplary and I’m very thankful for that too. I just completed the Artisan Chocolate course, and it was an amazing experience. I enjoyed every bit of it...the hands-on training, the techniques we learned, and the overall atmosphere. I gained so much knowledge and confidence. A special thank you to Ms. Shanaaz, our course coordinator, who was always supportive and made sure everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to Chef Leo, whose passion and skill made each session engaging and inspiring. Hes a wonderful teacher. Chef Leo didn’t just teach us chocolate..he taught us passion, precision, and pride in our craft. His energy and expertise made every class unforgettable. Chef Salma was also incredibly inspiring and 9 helpful throughout the course. Everyone I met there were so polite and decent. If you're looking for a professional, friendly, and world-class place to study culinary arts, I highly recommend ICC

I joined the Artisanal Chocolate course at International Centre for Culinary Arts Dubai, where I was taught by Chef Omi . He is truly an amazing chef who makes learning very easy and enjoyable. Anyone who wants to learn baking and build a career in it should definitely join International Centre for Culinary Arts Dubai. There are many amazing chefs here, and the management is also very supportive and professional. I would also recommend learning further with Chef Omi.

Parent’s review.: My daughter took the cookery diploma and graduated 2 months ago. Here are my thoughts based on my personal assessment. Reputation. The college has good reputation in the Industry and has good recognition in the hotel industry. I could see the hotels where my daughter applied for a job regarded the school highly. City and guilds certificates are a plus. Course duration. The course is delivered very fast, I understand the need to put the students in an environment similar to what chefs and kitchen staff experience in the real world like long hours and pressure. I often think a student experience burn out. One has to be very committed. Relationship. The college fostered a very close relationship with the student and parents. They weee very supportive especially when it came to payments. They never put money before the students. Staff. I met most of the chef trainers during the graduation as well as the college founder. They all are very passionate about creating change in the industry and impacting the knowledge. Special thanks to Maya Silva. She is a gem for the institution from admission to graduation she was very helpful and provided information whenever we had any queries. Thank you. After graduation the college arranged several job placements quite a remarkable effort. Now she is working as Commis 3 chef in a five star hotel. If I could change one thing: I would recommend that the college gives the students an online platform with videos
