I would like to share my appreciation to IMC for the well-organised and engaging two-day Lean + Six Sigma intensive workshop. The structure of the sessions was clear and thoughtfully paced, making what seems to be comolex concepts easy to follow and apply. The balance between theory, practical examples and interactive discussions kept it dynamic and highly relevant. Mr Shashi, did a superb job of creating a collaborative environment, encouraging participation and questions, connecting the methodology to real-world scenarios. It was overall a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. The team was ready for handling anything, from an accidental broken glass, flickering lights to controlling light in the room, the team was accommodating.
