Outstanding training provider - Staff are competent and very helpful. Great value for money on Informa Services. I would like to share my experience that I had with Customer experience Manager, Aneel. He has guided me several times on how to navigate the Summit and workshop platforms. I have been very impressed on how competent and professional he is. He has gone out of his way several times to assist me when I faced challenges navigating the platforms. He has been very accommodating, informative, and professional. From a trainer's standpoint, Informa Middle East is one of the very best companies with which a trainer can ever work. They have a corporate policy of doing the right thing by their trainers, and the result is that we build a long-term relationship with them. That in turn helps us to know the region, and the client base, and deliver better training as a result. Efficient administration is the key to a good event, and having someone on site from Informa at every event is definitely another good policy. From the accounts people to the administrators, from the sales force to the senior management, this is a team that really works, and as a trainer I am very appreciative.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (0 stars) Informa, the organizer of Arab Health (now rebranded as WHX), has created a confusing and misleading ticket structure. I intended to purchase WHX Dubai, but due to unclear terminology, I accidentally bought WHX Labs instead. I realized the mistake immediately and contacted their team in good faith, requesting either a refund or a discount code so the amount I paid could be applied toward the correct WHX Dubai ticket. This is a reasonable request. Instead of any real assistance, I received nothing but repeated references to “terms and conditions” and a complete refusal to help. Repeating “terms and conditions” is not customer support. For an organization that claims to value healthcare professionals, this rigid, transactional, and dismissive approach is shocking. I paid for a service I cannot use, and their policies clearly prioritize bureaucracy over people. I would strongly think twice before registering for any event organized by Informa.
