She is a kind and well-liked teacher among children. Her approach is gentle and supportive, and she is knowledgeable in the subject she teaches. My daughter has improved her speaking skills and her confidence in the language has grown. However, she is still at the beginner level and needs to learn more vocabulary.

I had a great experience learning English with Ms. Sophia. She is a kind, patient, and supportive teacher who explains lessons clearly and makes learning easy and enjoyable. I improved my English skills a lot because of her teaching style and encouragement. The institute is also excellent, with a good learning environment and helpful staff.

I was interested in learning Japanese and came to the place to inquire about the classes in the institution. The classes were pricy and I’m not financially able to afford them. Mr Mohammad who works in the sales department mentioned that it was the end of the year sales and on top of that I could use Tabby. Furthermore, Mr Mohammad said “the deal is over if you don’t take it today, make the payment and you could cancel later if you’re no longer interested”. I called the next day and said that I don’t want the classes anymore and everyone kept delaying the cancellation. The institution’s staff later said that there is no cancellation policy as long as they didn’t do anything wrong and were aggressive towards me because of my decision to cancel. For a whole month everyone who picked up my calls said that Mr Mohammad is on a vacation which didn’t help at all because they’re not willing to take responsibility of a colleague’s lack of explanation of the policies. I went to the institution to see what’s going on and still no one was willing to help. For your information, no classes were taken post-transaction.
