If you want a space that is budget friendly and at the same time well connected this is your destination, I like the apartments and also the swimming pool is very private despite being surrounded by flats and balconies, nobody bothers you and the security is very well trained. Bonus there is a choitrams downstairs which is well stocked with all kinds of food even international foods.
Great building with all amenities and large size apartments. You get 24/7 Grocery store, 24/7 Pharmacy, Clinic, ATM, Laundry, Barber shop, Ladies Salon, Vet Clinic in the building itself. Ample free parking around. Bus stop in front of the building. Close to entry and exit on both main roads. Best building in the area for families.
Luckily, I’ve already left this building. Don’t choose it, you won’t be comfortable living there. The AC costs are among the highest I’ve seen in Dubai, around AED 1,000/month for a 1BR in summer. The gym is very small with outdated equipment. There are also issues with leaking ceilings and mold on the walls. Also, the building management, Asteco, tends to make things unnecessarily difficult for residents.
The property is such a waste of space. I feel the designer forgot to design the kitchen and so they put a small kitchen with no ventilation and there isn’t any wardrobe.
