I would give them more than five stars if i could! I was so scared to take the CIPD and spoke to so many places and didn’t not convince me , till i spoke to Harrison from Oakwood , such a professional caring advisor, he reassured that i will pass because they have the best materials and that they will be always there to support me if i have any questions or if i need anything , he was so patient and kind , greeting me every time i call which was almost every day asking about so many things many times before i pay 😂😂 , till now he is always checking up if i need anything and about the progress I’m achieving in the CIPD , such a great place and such great people. Thank you.

I would give zero stars if I could. There was no proper induction or support provided. During enrollment, they promised excellent guidance and assistance, but once I enrolled, they disappeared and became unresponsive. I have repeatedly requested a refund, but nobody has replied to my emails or messages. I would not recommend joining if you are looking to pursue a CIPD qualification. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of support and communication
