I recently took a German class at Pomegranate Seeds Institute, and I have to say—they completely proved me wrong in the best way possible! I had heard a lot of mixed things before joining, but my experience was amazing. With the new management, everything feels more organized, professional, and student-focused. The quality of teaching and overall support really stood out. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they become one of the best institutes for learning languages. Highly recommended for anyone considering learning German or any other language!
Seven months after training—still no certificates. Unacceptable service. Our company completed Emergency First Aid at Work training on 14 July 2025. As of 12 February 2026, we have not received our certificates. Despite multiple follow‑ups, the only reply we get is: “We have forwarded this to management and will update you as soon as we receive a response”. After seven months, this is not an acceptable response. The entire purpose of this training was to have certified first aiders available at work for compliance and safety. The provider’s failure to release certificates has disrupted compliance, wasted time, and undermined trust. What we expected: Certificates within a reasonable timeframe (as typically committed by reputable providers). Proactive updates, clear timelines, and ownership of the issue. What happened: Repeated generic replies, no resolution, no timeline, no accountability. Requested action (urgent): Immediate issuance of all certificates or a written, dated release timeline. A formal explanation for the delay and a corrective plan to prevent this for future clients. Not recommend training provider.
This review is posted to clarify factual inaccuracies in the 1-star review left on Clara the Brand. Your team contacted us on 21 November 2025 regarding a candle-making workshop scheduled for 11 December 2025. From the outset, it was clearly communicated in writing that a 50% deposit was required to secure the date, in line with our standard terms due to advance material sourcing and preparation. Despite multiple follow-ups and deadline extensions (initially 26 November, then extended as a courtesy until 6 December at 6:00 PM), no deposit was received within the agreed timeframe. As a result, the date was released and booked by another client, which was communicated in writing (screenshots attached). On 9 December, payment was transferred despite prior notice that the slot was no longer available. The amount was refunded in full within 24 hours. At no point was a confirmed booking cancelled, as the workshop was never secured due to missed payment deadlines. All timelines and correspondence are documented here for transparency.
