My experience was fantastic. Furthermore, things have improved significantly under the new president, and the organization’s reputation has grown. I only wish these developments had happened during my time there!!!
I strongly advise everyone to stay cautious when dealing with RAK University. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The admission staff are uncooperative and poorly organized. There is no formal communication they rely only on WhatsApp messages instead of official emails or documents. The process for student visa application is completely unclear, and no proper guidance is provided at any stage. Once you make any payment, they start making unjustified deductions and impose multiple hidden charges without proper explanation. There is no transparency or accountability in their dealings. In my opinion, this university operates in a very unethical and misleading manner, and I would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money with them. Please verify everything in writing before making any commitment or payment.
Always hungry for money and none of the money is spent on the university. The classes r a waste of time specially the first 2 years they're basically filler years where they just drain ur wallet for no reason. University is outdated and cheap. Scholarships aren't that good either.
