My Experience at Rolla Computer Institute – Hardware Class. My experience at Rolla Computer Institute for the hardware class was very practical and useful. I learned about computer components such as the motherboard, RAM, hard disk, power supply, and processor. We also practiced assembling and disassembling computers, installing operating systems, and troubleshooting hardware problems. The teacher was very friendly, patient, and professional. He explained each topic step by step and made sure everyone understood before moving forward. Whenever we faced difficulties during practical sessions, he guided us calmly and showed us the correct way to fix the problem. He encouraged us to ask questions and practice more, which helped build my confidence. Because of his teaching style and support, I now feel more confident handling computer hardware and solving technical issues. Overall, it was a very valuable experience that improved my technical skills and prepared me for IT technician work.

I attended the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) course at Rolla Academy, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
