It has been a painful 7 months and counting of trying to redeem classes. They list classes/instructors that are not available. Instructors don't respond for months. Their website is broken and doesn't allow redemption of classes. I highly advise NOT to purchase anything on this website. It has been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with them.
Requested details of where the Takwondo classes were taken place, and was informed that classes were taken place at Dubai International Academy Emirates Hills. Went to check it out but no classes are taking place there and the school has no information on this. Be very carefull paying on line. check out the club and instructors first. This establishment is not trustworthy.
Yesterday my fiance spoke to them, regarding the dancing classes they replied everything was good and they told him you can’t book or start anything without paying so he paid the full amount after paying the full amount hey asked if he can book for tomorrow which is today they said yah you can and we will call to confirm , after that he kept calling and messaging them. No answer. Now I tried to call them again it’s not reachable
