Beautiful campus. I attended my son graduation ceremony in auditorium. Staff was very polite and helpful. Nice ambience!
Very professional and clean environment, with friendly and helpful staff, i'm looking forward to study here for the next 3 years, the foundation year taught in french is very useful, it's the best french university.
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my application for the Intensive French Course (Spring Intake). I applied before the deadline, submitted all required documents, and paid the application fee on time. However, I experienced extremely poor communication from the admissions office. Over more than 1.5 months, I received only three replies despite sending many follow-up messages. Most of my emails were ignored, and I was often left without any updates about my application status. As an international applicant, I depended fully on online communication. The application portal was unstable, slow, and difficult to use, and it often required a VPN to function properly. Despite these technical problems, I made sure to upload all my documents. Being told later that some documents were missing, without clear proof or guidance, was frustrating and unfair. In addition, I did not receive clear instructions about the next steps in the process, deadlines, or required actions. I was never informed in time about any issues with my application, which could have been easily fixed if I had been properly guided. I was fully prepared to start my studies in January and meet all financial obligations. Instead, because of delays, poor organization, and lack of support, I was eventually advised to apply for the Fall intake without any reasonable explanation. This resulted in wasted time, emotional stress, and financial uncertainty. Such poor organization, lack
