My experience with Synergy University Dubai has been a complete nightmare from the beginning to the end. What should have been a simple process of enrolling in a master's degree turned into a total disaster, full of lies, unprofessional behavior, and what feels like outright fraud. From the start, the school's representatives, Roziia and Aru, kept calling and messaging me, during the process and encouraged me to pay for tuition and visa fees. Their tactics were manipulative, making me think everything was okay and that I was ready to go. They tricked me into paying all the fees (tuition, visa costs, and other expenses) quickly. Three weeks after I made the payments, I was told that my visa had been refused by immigration. They didn’t give me any reason for the refusal. They also failed to show me any proof of the visa application or the refusal notice. They simply told me my visa was rejected, and that was the end of it. This complete lack of transparency is unacceptable and makes me question their honesty and integrity. According to our contract, I asked for a refund immediately in October 2025. I filled out all the refund forms and followed up many times. But it’s now been eight months, and I still haven’t received my money. No refunds, no real explanation, just endless delays, excuses, and ignoring my messages and requests. Fraud⛔️ I am trying to get refund my paid tuition fee which is not started even studying since November 2025. I have cancelled the term and asked to refund money so I changed my mind. The process they started so late and been now 4 months not received my money back. Planning to complain to Dubai Consumer Rights Department to show them they can't do fraudulent things in Dubai. No matter my emails no response no action. I cancelled because received very bad feedback from friends who are suffering with learning system which is not alligned with international standards.
