I have attended ThinkProps Real Estate Broker Course, and it was amazing.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and flexibility from this training institute. I missed the first three hours of the session due to an emergency, as my friend had an accident and I had to leave urgently to help her. After returning, I contacted their support team and explained the situation, but no proper solution or meaningful assistance was provided. As a training institute, I expected at least some level of understanding, flexibility, or support, especially for a genuine emergency. Unfortunately, the response was very rigid and unhelpful. I was not asking for anything unreasonable, only to rejoin the first day of the next training session so I could properly understand the part I missed. However, this was not accommodated. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience. A training provider should not only deliver classes, but also support students when unexpected situations happen. In this case, I felt there was very little care, flexibility, or willingness to help.
