University of Birmingham Dubai

The university, originally founded as the UK’s first civic ‘redbrick’ university, now has a Dubai campus in Academic City. The state-of-the-art campus blends the heritage of the UK Edgbaston campus with Arabic architectural elements. It accommodates up to 3,000 students and serves as a hub for alumni and local community engagement.

I was fortunate to pursue my dream master’s degree after a long break from formal education. As a working professional, balancing work and study was challenging. However, the curriculum at University of Birmingham is well-customised for working professionals.I have received UAE golden visa for academic excellence. I found the teachers and staff to be highly knowledgeable and supportive. I would also like to highlight that the administrative staff, particularly Mr. Rudra, was extremely helpful from the very first day of my enrolment. I wish him all the very best for the future.

My name is Sahil Dumbre , I am about to complete my Master’s in Supply Chain at the University of Birmingham, and I truly feel grateful for this journey. One of the greatest strengths of this program has been the professors who guided us with such passion and dedication – Taab, Ahmed, and Aamir. Each of them brought something unique to the classroom. Taab always had a way of making even the most difficult or monotonous topics engaging through creative activities that kept us motivated. Ahmed’s classes were consistently interactive, encouraging discussions and making sure every student felt involved and understood the concepts clearly. Aamir added so much value with his thought-provoking discussions and real-world insights, which inspired us to think beyond the textbooks. Because of their efforts, studying never felt overwhelming. Instead, it has been an enjoyable and enriching experience where I’ve learned, grown, and felt supported every step of the way. Their teaching has not only strengthened my knowledge of supply chain management but has also shaped my confidence and perspective as I move toward the next stage of my career. I sincerely thank the University of Birmingham for providing us with such amazing professors who truly care about their students’ learning and success. This program has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, and I feel proud to be a part of it.
