Running a corporate training RFP in the UAE

Kafuly EditorialJune 12, 2026 1 min read

For sizeable corporate training engagements, a structured RFP gets you comparable proposals and a clean audit trail. Here’s a lightweight process that works for UAE buyers.

1. Define scope and outcomes

State the audience, group size, objectives, timeline and any Emiratisation (Nafis) alignment. Vague briefs get vague quotes.

2. Set evaluation criteria upfront

  • Accreditation and trainer credentials
  • Relevant sector experience and references
  • Delivery approach and customisation
  • Price and commercial terms (note VAT treatment)
  • ICV score where relevant for government-linked buyers
  • 3. Shortlist and compare

Invite 3-5 vetted providers rather than blasting the whole market. Score responses against your criteria in a simple weighted matrix.

    4. Use Kafuly to run it

Post an RFP once and we route it to matched providers, or build a shortlist and request quotes from all of them in one step - then compare side by side.
